  • Account Data: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and password (stored encrypted).
  • Profile Data: Shipping address (street, city, province, postal code) for shipping and identity verification purposes.
  • Transaction Data: Details of proxy/forwarding/shipping orders, invoice history, payment status, and tracking numbers.
  • Catalog Data: Purchase history of ready stock products, shopping cart contents, and recipient address.
  • Payment Data: We do not store credit/debit card information. Payments are processed by Xendit / Midtrans, which are PCI-DSS certified.
  • Technical Data: Access logs, IP address, browser type, and sessions for system security.

3. Purpose of Data Use

  • Process and manage proxy, forwarding, shipping, and catalog orders.
  • Send order status notifications, arrival photos, and tracking numbers via WhatsApp or email.
  • Verify identity and prevent account abuse.
  • Process payments and refunds through payment gateways.
  • Improve service quality based on user behavior analysis (anonymous).
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Indonesia.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared under the following conditions:

  • Courier Services: Recipient name and address are provided to couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, EMS, etc.) for shipping purposes.
  • Payment Gateways: Transaction data is forwarded to Xendit or Midtrans for payment processing.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or a valid court order.

5. Data Security

Security measures we implement:

  • Password encryption using bcrypt.
  • HTTPS/TLS connection for all data communications.
  • Role-based access control (superadmin, warehouse admin, customer).
  • Audit logs for critical activities (login, transactions, status changes).

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is stored as long as the account is actively used.
  • Transaction and invoice data are stored for a minimum of 5 years according to Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Catalog product images can be deleted by superadmins at any time.
  • Account deletion requests can be made by contacting us — however, completed transaction data cannot be deleted.

7. User Rights

  • Access: View your personal data through the account profile page.
  • Update: Edit profile information at any time through the dashboard.
  • Delete: Request the deletion of your account and personal data (excluding transaction data).
  • Opt-out: Stop receiving promotional communications by contacting our team.

8. Cookies & Sessions

This platform uses cookies to:

  • Maintain your login session.
  • Store the contents of the Catalog shopping cart temporarily (session cookie).
  • CSRF security to protect against cross-site attacks.

We do not use cookies for ad tracking or third-party analytics.
