How to Use Your Dashboard
The OKURI customer dashboard is designed to help you easily manage transactions, monitor shipments, and check bills.
1. Login & Profile
Log into the OKURI system and ensure your profile and address data are complete and correct to facilitate the process.
2. Create a New Transaction
Select the transaction creation menu according to your needs: Proxy (we buy for you) or Forwarding (ship to our address).
3. Track Orders & Shipments
Use the Orders and Shipments menus to track the latest status of each item in real-time.
4. Manage Bills & Payments
Check the Billing menu to see cost details, download invoices, and make secure payments.
Forwarding Service Flow
Use this service if you shop by yourself at overseas stores and only need our warehouse address.
1. Shop & Get Tracking Number
Shop at your favorite overseas online stores. Send the order to our warehouse address and get the local tracking number from the seller.
2. Input Forwarding Data
Log into your dashboard, go to the Forwarding menu, and create a new order. Enter the local tracking number and item details yourself.
3. Items Arrive at Warehouse
When your items arrive, our team will inspect and update your order status along with arrival photos.
4. Shipping Invoice & Delivery
Once shipped and arrived in Indonesia, the admin will issue a Shipping Invoice. Pay the invoice, and the package will be delivered to your address.
Proxy (Personal Shopper) Service Flow
Use this service if you want the OKURI team to buy items (online/offline) for you.
1. Coordinate via WA
Contact the Admin via WhatsApp. Send the product link (for online) or item details (for offline) that you want to buy.
2. Admin Processes Order
The Admin will confirm your request, then input the Proxy order into the system. You will see the order in your dashboard.
3. Pay for the Items
Check the Billing page on your dashboard to see the Product Invoice. Make the payment so the Admin can immediately checkout your items.
4. Arrival & Local Delivery
The system will update when items arrive at the warehouse. Once in Indonesia, a Shipping Invoice will be issued. Settle it, and the package is on its way to your home.
